Depreciation urfent info reqd

Dear experts,
my question is whether shop and godown will be charged depreciation as per income tax act 1961?
if so, then at what rates??
need ur urgent advice.

land is never charged any depreciation but other depreciable assets in shop or godown can be depreciated respectively
