Depreciation under schedule ii

29 January 2015 Dear Sir/Mam,

ABC Pvt. Ltd. has bought the Plant & Machinery of Rs.50L on 01-04-2009 and charging Depreciation @13.91% on W.D.V. Basis. Now, WDV of Plant & Machinery as on 01-04-2014 is 23.64L. so, please advice how can we calculate the depreciation from 01-04-2014 on aforesaid assets.

• Life of Plant & Machinery is 15 years as per Schedule II
• Expired life is 5 years
• Remaining life is 10 years.

Beside above, what is rate of depreciation on Flat purchased by the company
