Depreciation rate

12 July 2013 Please let me know the depreciation rate for
i) air conditioner,
ii) refrigerator
iii) trailers
as per both Income tax Act as well as Companies Act.

12 July 2013 air conditioner is 10%
refrigerator also 10 %

Should A.C. & refrigerator be included under Plant & Machinery or Under Furnitures as per Companies Act for calculating depreciation ?
