We are having loss in the co.
We do not want to claim depreciation
For the current year
What will be the repurcation if we do so.

19 February 2021 You have to claim depreciation. Income tax Act will not allow you to claim nil depreciation. Claim depreciation and carry forward to be set off without any limit of number of years.
