CAN I KNOW THAT RS.135000/- OF 1000 DENOMINATION NOTES DEPOSITED IN BANK IN BAN PERIOD IN MY ACCOUNT IS LIABLE FOR TAXATION TO ME?
MY FRIEND GAVE ME THE AMOUNT TO DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT AND TAKEN 2 CHEQUES OF RS.53000/- AND RS.82000/- RESPECTIVELY.
HE IMMEDIATELY AFTER CREDIT OF ALL AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT WITHDRAWN ALL AMOUNT THROUGH THESE CHEQUES.
THAT TIME I WORKED FOR HIM AT SALARY PER MONTH OF RS. 8000/-.

It is not liable for taxation in your hands being including that amount your income is below taxable limit.
