24 March 2021 I am an Indian Resident, carrying on business in my Individual status. During the course of business EGYPT country ship owner charged me DEMURRAGE CHARGES towards non shipment of materials.
Is the payment liable for TDS. Whether I have to deduct Tax in India. If so at what rate?
