From my salary TDS was deducted in 3 different TAN but while entering in ITR i had entered only one TAN no so now they had sent demand notice. How to rectify that?

you can produce the TDS certificate before the ITO and can file rectification u/s 154

1)login to your account in efiling website
2)go to my account
3)there you have to select rectification request
4)once clicked on it you need to provide details required and you need to enter details of cpc communication which you got through mail
5)after that you have to select TDS credit mismatch and you will be able to enter tds details again
6)so now you enter your correct tds details so that you will get your refund
