30 April 2014 After filling of Return, ITO will scrutinize your Return and send a notice u/s 143(3) of the IT Act. Under this notice, officer will ask you to submit some details related to Expense, sales, Purchase etc. and you have to convinced him that your Books of Account is matched with return filed details. If he is not satisfied then he issued notice of Demand. Under which he demand tax amount for which he is not satisfied by your explanation/presentation.
