13 April 2010 Dear Sir,
As per Income tax act, if the Accounting Year is different than the April- March.
Please let me.know the due date of payment of TDS for the month of March 2010
whether the 7th day from the end of March or 2 months from the end of month of March TDS liability only for the 31 march.

DUE DATE
IF TDS DEDUCTED 1-30 MARCH THEN 7TH OF NEXT MONTH IE 7TH APRIL

TDS DEDUCTED 31ST MARCH THEN - 31ST MAY
