If a trading firm conducting by two partner have 5 worker. All workers just do work of movement of goods from warehouse to shop.
As partner are not employee,
Is this firm liable for FBT? why?

In case partner is drawing salary, then he can be considered as employee. For workers if they are on wage register then all of them will treated as employee & FBT is applicable accordingly.
