15 February 2017 Assessee has only Income From PARTNERSHIP FIRM i.e. Remuneration. which is taxable in Income from Business and Profession assessee does not have any other income so Assessee have filed in ITR-4 without P&l and BS. but now he receive notice U/S 139(9) that he does not file P&L and B/S. How the response is to be given? and while having this type of income of assessee who does not have p&L and BS which type of ITR should be Selected?

15 February 2017 I suggest you to rectify the same because for professionals have to file profit and loss account and balance sheet.
