In form 16 consider deduction undersection 80 U

Not specifically mentioned in CIRCULAR NO. 1/2010 [F. NO. 275/192/2009 IT(B)], DATED 11-1-2010. However, on a reading of second para of clause I of the said circular, I understand that deduction should be claimed by the assessee out of form 16 meaning thereby employer need not consider the said deduction in form 16.
