Dear All,
My company is paying a fixed amount of Medical allowance which is the part of the salary, is there will be any Deduction of Rs 15000 agaist medical allowance on submission of bill to the company
My company is paying a fixed amount of Medical allowance which is the part of the salary, is there will be any Deduction of Rs 15000 agaist medical allowance on submission of bill to the company

Fixed medical allowance is fully taxable in hands of employees however reimbursement of medical expenditure up to 15000 is exempt.
