My total salary is 40000/- pm in which I Received HRA Rs. 12000/-. Basic salary 15000/-pm.
Plz suggest me deduction U/S 80GG or u/S10(13A).
I am leaving in delhi.
I am paying rent Rs.9000/-

You can claim it u/s. 10(13A) of IT act; & not u/s. 80GG.
