IS THYROID TREATMENT IS DEDUCTABLE UNDER SECTION 80 DDB. IT DOSENT SHOW THE SPECIFY DISEASE . DO THEY MUST SUBMIT ANY FORM WHICH THEY GOT FROM GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL
