If a company is buying and selling shares will it be treated as speculative business?
how will intra day set off without delivery of shares be treated?

Transactions supported with delivery - can be of two types-Non Speculative Business transactions as well as transactions related with the Investment
activity of the Company.
Transactions in derrivatives or F&O are to be treated under non-speculative business.
