Dealer's regsitration and manufacturer depot

02 December 2013 We have a dealer's registration premises wherein we get imported goods from third parties, local manufactured goods from third parties and also manufactured goods from our own factories.
The new Deputy commissioner is objecting to this saying the trading items Third party items) and manufactured goods cannot be transacted in the same registration.
Please give your valuable opinion on this objection, with legal provisions.

05 December 2013 Trading and manufacturing activity will not be possible in the same premises if both are same goods. you should consult with any professional. your query is not clear.

05 December 2013 Dealer's regtraiton taken dealer's registration for passing on cenvat benefit.

05 December 2013 We are doing any manufacturing activity in this premises. But we get goods manufactued at various factory of ours here and sell th same to customer.We've taken dealer's registration for passing on cenvat benefit.
