Can you give me guidelines regarding
day to day transactions allowable or
not alllowable to a pvt ltd co in view
of cs related matters
It will be better if you give in
detail.
I am working as accountant in a Pvt
Ltd Co and i am confused in
matters like for ex. whether loan can
be given to director, increase in
issued capital etc.
