good morning sir,
sir plz told me that, previous year 2009-2010 tds rate in case of contractor % transport & sir which date it change & how much decrease.& sir plz told me that
1-if transport have pan no. that no tds deduct from his amount sir in which date it is applicable in case of tds.
2-In case of individual & huf 1%, firm or co. 2% in which date it is applicable in case of tds.

2) Applicable from 01.10.2009
3) No Cess & Surcharges on TDS (Other than TDS on salaries) from 01.10.2009
4) In case of no PAN TDS@20%
