Date of commencement of service vs execution of deed

13 October 2012 Can the date of execution of deed (Form 103) & date of commencement of service be same?

I have filled in 10Oct as date of execution of deed without actually getting it executed. Is it possible to get the deed executed with 10Oct with same date?

Yes date of commencement of articleship should be mentioned in Form-102 (Deed of Article). Yes it is possible that execution date and commencement of atricleship may be same and it may be different.
