20 July 2024 The Companies Act, 2013, requires a private limited company incorporated on 02/09/2014 to appoint an auditor within 30 days of incorporation. The first AGM should be held within 9 months of the end of the first financial year, and the due date for filing financial statements and annual returns with the ROC is 30 days from the AGM date.
