10 November 2012 Sir, Kindly let me know whether following dates are valid as per company law and for Roc purpose:
1) Date of signing B/S & P&L by auditor & Director:28/09/12.
2)Date of Board Meeting : 1/10/12.
3) Date of Signing Director's Report: 1/10/12.
4) Date of Special notice recd. for appointment of new auditor in place of existing auditor : 1/10/2012
5)Date of AGM : 29/10/2012.
No question of holding AGM within 6months as this is the 1st AGM of company. Kindly clarify urgently. Thanks in advance.

10 November 2012 First of all i am not clear how can be the date of signing of report by the Auditor as 28/09/12 if the new auditor is appointed by 1/10/2012. unless until the auditor is not appointed audit report can not be signed by the Auditor. In a proper sequence first the accounts will be adopted by the Directors in the board meeting and will be send to auditor for signature after that these audited will be presented in the AGM. However if you wish Auditor signing date and BOD signing date may be same.

10 November 2012 Sir, i have used the word "appointment of new auditor in place of existing auditor". In the AGM, new auditor shall be appointed in place of existing auditor and for that purpose the co. has received spl. notice on 01.10.2012.So the existing auditor has already been appointed and he has signed the audit report.
Kindly give specific reply with respect to dates mentioned above.
