The documents required for registration under D VAT are as follows:-
1)ID Proof of the proprietor/all partners
2)2 Photos of the proprietor/partners
3)Rent Agreement and proof of ownership of the business premises.
4) Copy of the bank statement of the business.
5) Copy of partnership deed.
6) Surety/Bank Guarantee of Rs 1.00 Lac under D VAT.
7) Proff of Interstate sale/purchase.
