Ctc v/s actual salary

Hello friends,
I have received an offer from a reputed company with an annual CTC of 4,70,000 albeit including a lot of deductions. I am providing the salary breakup, could you please tell me what will be my "take home" salary after the deductions as mentioned, please let me know at the earliest as i have to join at the end of this month ;thanks in advance.
basic salary:15,667
HRA: 7,833
Conveyance:800
Medical Reimbursement: 1,250
LTA: 1,250
Special Allowance:10,314
Employers Contribution to PF: 2,052
Total CTC: 39,167
Note: All statutory deductions like Profession Tax, Income Tax, etc will be deducted from the above gross salary.

take home would be (15,667+7,833+800+1250+1250+10314)= 37114.
A Pf of 2052 and Professional Tax of 150 will get deducted from this.
Note(In most of the companies LTA and Medical reimbursement is paid at the end of year say in MArch...Please check this with HR of that company)
