Can any one help me. Is R&D Service units are eligible for CST Refund without 'C' form under EOU Scheme.

Mr Author,
This is not possible,because,(1) An R&D unit cannot be under an EOU scheme (2)CST paid goes to another state and this state can not refund such tax payments.
