16 March 2016 One of director of our company ceased due to nomination withdrawn by institution and who was the member of CSR Committee. Now CSR Committee shall be reconstituted under forthcoming board meeting then my query is , Shall we consider the point "Vacation of office of member of CSR Committee" as a noting in forthcoming CSR Committee meeting ?
