30 July 2015 A Company is Appointing A Trust for making its CSR Spending through that Trust now before appointing that trust for the CSR spending does the Trust has to provide any license of its trust to the company or any other document?

01 August 2015 CSR activities may be undertaken through A Registered trust. “Registered Trust” means
1) Registered with Registrar of Trust in the State.
2) Where no Registrar of Trust in the State, Registered with IT Authority.
