I had taken admission to CS Executive stage through graduation and will be appearing for both grps in dec,2010. now i am going through the process of revision of both groups....

I wish to undergo CS 15 mths training after passing executive stage. so i wanna know

1. for doing CS training what areas that we read in executive stage need to have strong hold. means in trianing what kind of work is performed by trainees normally???

2. is there is any thing that doing training after executive and not finals gives less exposure and knowledge ??? and whatever exposure if given will be given to clerical work more ???

3. for doing CS training thorough knowledge of Tally software is required or not??? and if not then which IT skills require more practical knowledge ???

17 September 2010 Basic understanding about the company is must. I mean your overall attitude is very important.

Kindly prepare the following:

1. read the topic of incorporation of company and ROC e-forms

2. what is the basic of mca e-filing. check www.mca.gov.in

3. maintenance of records

4. info about general and board meeting along with type of resolutions.

5. knowledge of roc e-forms is very imp.

17 September 2010 Knowledge of tally is not must. Rest is dependent on company, boss and work assigned to you.

Also prepare Basic sections:

Sections 205, 292A, 293, 295, 297, 299, 314, 269, 309, 310, 372A

Rules for issuing Share Certificate, share transfer

Circular Resolution, Resolutions requiring unanimous approval.

Listing Agreements - Corporate Governance.

SEBI - SAST, Delisting Rules
