29 September 2010 This means that if i complete my CA and want to get recurited as a CA+CS in a company then i hv to complete my CS training....Moreover Is it neccesary to get membership from ICSI in order to do a JoB?

29 September 2010 Dear Friend

After passing of CS exam, it is necessary to go 15 months training under either in Company or under practicing Company Secretary and complete SPTP organized regularly by ICSI. You can start your training before passing final exam of CS.

For appointment of CS in company it is necessary to obtain membership from ICSI. For other, please go on www.icsi.edu.in.

29 September 2010 There is no exemption from CS training with CA Articleship. You have to undergo CS Training to get membership of ICSI.
