credit on freight outward

05 May 2009 if we can take the credit of service tax on the freight outward up to the place of the removal (it could be the doorstedp of consignee)

whts the issue of credit of freight outward????

06 May 2009 As of now this matter is unresloved. It is suggested that the credit of the total outward freight be availed and reversed under protest lodged by way of letter to the dept. As and when matter becomes clear then credit can be availed.
