19 October 2012 whether Input Credit of VAT is available to a real estate company or not ? further Real estate company can issue C form to avail consessional rate or not ?

20 October 2012 Vat credit is available to real state company subject to he is not availing composition scheme.

Real state co. can issue c form for its capital goods(crane fork lifter etc) and for input material if he will not be in composition scheme
