credit of service tax paid to cha on export goods

we have make export and get bill from clearing & forwading agent, can i avail the credit on service tax paid to CHA on service rendered to us to export the goods.

yes......if are manufacturer then service tax paid can be adjusted with central excise and non-manufacturer then can adjusted with other part of services tax...
