dear Sir
I have completed my B.com with 71% and i am planning to do CA now. Is Cpt exemption rule has started or can u guide me when is going to commenced. when ICAI will declare on there website

The exemption from CPT is not available as yet. Still the green signal from Govt is not received. Very difficult to say how much time it will take.
Also see below link. This is the only update received so far. Which says matter is placed for Govt Approval.
