18 June 2010 Chargable expenses or direct expenses is the expenses directly attributable to the manufufacure or production of component and buying cost is the cost of buying the component from out side

Time office is the department maintaining the time of workers like In & out and ovetime worked in the factory so it is treated as Factory overhead
