12 September 2010 I purchased a flat in bangalore in 2003 . Builder quoted the price of Apartment Rs. 11.50 lacs + other costs + registration cost for total of Rs. 12.50 lacs.
But the Builder executed conveyance deed at value of Rs 5.30 lacs. I took a loan of Rs 11 lacs to purchase this flat. If I have to sell it and calculate the indexed price for LTCG which value I need to take.
