25 May 2015 Company A along with sister concerns namely, Co B, Co C and Co D (collectively “the Companies”) have initiated a process of setting up a trust, which would engage in corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) activities of construction, running and maintenance of nursing school
1.The Companies propose to appoint 4 (four) trustees from 4 (four) different Companies belonging to the Group, who are neither directors nor key managerial personnel nor one level below the KMPs but officals of the respective Companies. Will it be in compliance with the law?
