IT WOULD BE A BIG FAVOUR ON YOUR PART IF YOU COULD PROVIDE A COPY OF THE NOTIFICATION UNDER THE DELHI VAT ACT AND THE WEST BENGAL VAT ACT PERTAINING TO THE EXEMPTION OF EMBROIDERY AND ZARI ARTICLES FROM VAT .
