Is any member of ICAI hold cop even though he or she is in employment with the govt. or other organisation. if yes then what are the restrictions and guidelines require to be fullfill.

27 December 2007 TO HOLD CERT. OF PRACTICE BEING IN A JOB NEEDS SPECIFIC WRITTEN CONSENT OF ICAI.PL. VISIT ICAI WEBSITE. DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE UNDER MEMBERS SECTION.
WITHOUT ICAI PRERMISSION IF A MEMBER PRACTICES BEING IN EMPLOYMENT , IT ATTARCTS PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT PROVISIONS OF ICAI REGULATIONS AND THE STIPULATED PENAL ACTION BY ICAI.
IAM SURE MANY MEMBERS OF OUR ICAI HOLD RESPONSIBLE POSITIONS OF DIRECOR AND OTHER HIGHER HONORABLE POSITIONS EVEN IN GOVT. ORGANISATIONS AND IAM SURE THIS IS WITH PRIOR CONSENT OF ICAI.
THE INSTITUTE ALSO PUBLISHES IN OUR ICAI JOURNAL ABOUT THESE RESPONSIBLE POSITIONS HELD BY OUR MEMBERS AS IT IS A MATTER OF PRIDE FOR US.
