Conversion of llp into pvt ltd co

31 July 2015 hello there,

can a limited liability partnership be converted into a pvt ltd co.
I have gone through Secc 366 of companies act 2013 & the related rules too. but still have some confusion.

The LLP Act, 2008 does not provide any facility for conversion of a LLP into a private limited company.

Therefore, currently a LLP cannot be converted into a private limited company.

02 August 2015 But Companies Act 2013 provides for it. LLPs can be regd as company u/s 366. Also I have come across Companies (authorized to register) rules, 2014. I wanted to know if anyone has come across or done such conversion.
