Conversion of llp into private ltd co.

11 February 2015 Dear Experts,

I have a doubt on whether I can convert a LLP to a Private Limited Company as per the new Companies Act, 2013.
Please assist me on this matter.

11 February 2015 An LLP is sought to be converted to a PLC by many a business person, to make way for foreign investments or borrowings, or to attract venture capitalists, or just to expand the business and inspire more confidence in the employees.

Such a conversion, though attracts greater tax liability is feasible as a long term decision.
