Conversion for opc into private company

07 July 2016 Please advice me . to convert opc into Private company.
Does we need to file INC 5 first and later MGT 14.

and also what about INC 6 when we have to file.

08 July 2016 1. First File MGT -14 : Within 30 days of passing Special Resolution for alteration of MOA & AOA to give effect to the conversion
2. Form INC-5 shall be filed within sixty days of exceeding threshold limits.

3. Form INC-6 shall be filed by an OPC for conversion of an OPC into private company. Form INC-6 shall be filed within 30 days in case of voluntary conversion and within six months of mandatory conversion
