Convergence from PCC to iPCC

My friend has cleared CPT and is doing articleship. He is going to answer his PCC in May 09. Can he Shift to iPCC? If Yes, Can he get credit of the articleship period served?

Unfortunately migration IPCC last date was 31-1-2009. Good Luck for PCC.
