hi frnds...same query but small change...my friend going to start a new business in the field of construction..he would like to go start in the status of partnership firm...so in what way he has to proceed to do so...i mean from incorporation to filing of annual return of income tax...what way i can help him????

Hi
if he is starting under partnership
you need to make Partnership deed by using the 1000 Rs stampaper.
and it has to register in ROF (Register of Firm) it is not mandatory.
finally you can obtain the PAN CARD in the name of firm & VAT registration.
