director want to resign from the company and is there any need of consentletter from remaining director or new director who has admitted as director recently and please also send me format of consent letter

Which type of consent you are talking about. From your question it seems you are asking whether the resigning director needs consent from other directors before resigning. If this is the question then the answer is no as director will not require anybody's consent to resign.
