my question is computer training instituter was compulsory maintain books of accounts u/s 44aa is applicable

28 March 2012 If the income of the Institute exceeds Rs. 1,20,000 or gross receipts exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs in any one of the three previous years then the institute has to maintain books of accounts.
