Company secretary 15 months practical training

If 15 Months training for Company Secretary is entered with a company. Is it necessary to execute a agreement with a stamp paper? Prospectus of the institute tells that stamp paper is required only for training with practicing company secretaries. Pls clarify on this issue at the earliest.

30 November 2011 As per my understanding also there is no need to execute any agreement on stamp paper in case of MT.
