02 April 2014 our client come for company incorporation in the name of " KRISHNAS SOFTWARE " IT IS POSSIABLE FOR INCORPORATION AND THE MCA WEBSITE IS REJECTED PLEASE ADVISE ME

02 April 2014 MCA might have rejected the name of the company bcoz it is not according to the activities mentioned as main objectives. I mean krishna's software suggest that the comp is dealing in software. so you should change the name of the comp as per its main objects

07 April 2014 OK. why not to change the name of company?. name Krishna's software seems as if the company is dealing only in software. While selling software is one of the business and not the only business.
