THEIR ARE 4 DIRECTOR IN THE BOARD. 3 DIRECTORS RESIGN BY GIVING THEIR LETTER TO THE BOARD,1 DIRECTOR WHO LEFT IN BOARD CAN CONDUCT HIMSELF BOARD MEETING FOR FILLING CASUAL VACANCY? WHAT ABOUT THE QUORUM?

Board meeting can be convened with one director as per regulation 75 of table A of Schedule I to the Companies Act,1956 if the Articles of Association of the company doesn't provide otherwise.
