Preliminary and Pre-incorporation Expenditure
Preliminary expenditure comprises of registration fees, legal and professional fees and other charges, which are charged to the profit
and loss account of the current period.
Pre-incorporation expenditure comprises expenses incurred till the date of incorporation of the Company and is charged to profit and
loss account of the current period.

U mean that both preliminary and pre incorporation expences are one and the same?
The Registration chrgs, legal fees and professional chrgs also come under the pre incorporation exp. Right?
Will the expenditure be amortised over a period of time or to be charged in the current year itself?
