12 December 2011 ROC have approved the name of the company, and in which the objects were mentioned clearly in the form-1A.

after name approval, exactly the same objects were printed in the memorandum. but the ROC is denying 1 of the objects to, not to be written in the memorandum..

CAN ROC DENY THE OBJECTS WHICH WERE ALREADY APPROVED IN THE NAME APPROVAL FORM- 1A by himself..

PLZ HELP... ITS URGENT.

12 December 2011 No, ROC can not deny. Attach scanned copy of page of form 1A in which object is mentioned to form 67 for resubmission.

12 December 2011 FORM -1 IS BEING KEPT FOR RESUBMISSION BY THE ROC. WHAT SHOULD I DO. FILE THE SAME FORM-1 AND THEN FILE FORM 67, OR FILE 67 STRAIGHT AWAY.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE PROCESS HOW TO FILE IT.
